Parth has completed his study from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. Along with CMTO, he is also an active member of RMTAO. Previously, he graduated from Mohawk College, Hamilton, ON where he received his diploma in Health, Wellness & Fitness. As he has done his bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from India, he gained his experiences in cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal treatments and post-stroke rehab. Throughout his career, he has been working with multiple organizations including St. Joseph’s Health Care Hamilton, Local Health Integration Network (VON CANADA) & Lifemark Seniors Wellness where he achieved extensive knowledge for hands-on therapy, Stretching, Strengthening, Pain Management, falls prevention, Geriatric Care, & arthritis care. He also served in the Canadian Red Cross as an Instructor for First Aid & CPR. As a Massage Therapist, he has vast knowledge of various muscle relaxation techniques, deep myofascial techniques, advanced techniques, trigger point techniques, friction technique & prenatal/postnatal massage therapy. He is also certified for Fusion Head Massage, Self-Myofascial Release for Therapists & Patients, & Palliative Care Techniques. My approach is centered on the musculoskeletal system, where I utilize hands-on osteopathic techniques, prescribe remedial exercises, and provide valuable advice to reduce bodily strain.

With 7 years of experience, I specialize in treating a diverse array of conditions, including work-related problems, concussions, posture issues, and TMJ-related concerns. My educational journey began in the field of medical science, leading me to attain my Manual Osteopathy degree from the National University of Medical Sciences(Europe) and the National Academy of Osteopathy( Canada). Dr. Giancarlo Frisina completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology at D’Youville University in Buffalo, New York. Following his undergraduate degree at D’Youville, he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He furthered his education by completing training from the McMaster University Neurofunctional Acupuncture program. Dr. Frisina, has always been fascinated by chiropractic, having been exposed to it at such a young age. With his father being a chiropractor as well, he has learned the importance of spinal care. From acute sports injuries to routine spinal maintenance, Dr. Frisina has experienced first-hand the considerable benefits of chiropractic care. His passion for helping others ultimately paved the way for his career path, and his drive to help his surrounding community. Nidhi completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Sumandeep University in Gujarat, India, in the year 2015. Subsequently, she accrued two years of valuable experience as a physiotherapist across a diverse range of clinical settings, including orthopedic hospitals, gyms, and providing home health physiotherapy for orthopedic and neurological conditions. In pursuit of further professional development, Nidhi made the decision to relocate to Canada in September 2017. In Canada, she enrolled in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness diploma program at Mohawk College in Hamilton. During her time in Canada, Nidhi has gained extensive experience in various healthcare environments, including private clinics, long-term care facilities, and government-funded programs, with a specialization in WSIB specialty programs for hand therapy, both pre and post-surgical.

Nidhi’s expertise extends to working with patients who have undergone surgeries such as rotator cuff repairs, joint replacements, and treatment of ligament and muscle tears. Preyal has over 4 years of experience in the field of physiotherapy. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s physiotherapy bridging program. Preyal completed her internships in the Trillium Hospitals and WSIB speciality clinic gaining valuable insights into diverse clinical settings. Preyal completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India and worked as a Physiotherapist for over two years in a hospital in India. Her international perspective enriches her approach to evidence-based patient care.

Preyal is an active member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She stays updated by attending seminars and taking courses, focusing on evidence-based practice to ensure her patients receive the best care.
